  • Account Management: Focus works closely with its partners to help them develop effective business plans for Focus products. Joint business plans contain marketing strategy, sales strategy, and product forecasts.

  • Lead Referrals: With knowledge of your expertise, Focus can refer appropriate qualified leads to your organization gathered from direct marketing and telesales activities.

  • Marketing Opportunities: These can include a web site presence, joint collateral, eligibility for participation at Focus marketing events, and participation with Focus at industry events. Focus can work with partners on press releases as appropriate, announcing the relationship and joint customers.

  • Marketing and Sales Support: Access to dedicated marketing, technical and partner management staff within Focus. Focus will also offer assistance with the sales cycle. A range of demand generation resources and other programs such as: leasing options, rebates, promotions, SPIFFs and demo/evaluation equipment.

  • Technical Support: Partners can take advantage of the technical support hotline to get quick answers to their critical questions. The well-trained, professional staff on the tech support line provides personal assistance and can refer partners to other resources in Focus as needed.

  • Opportunity Protection: Focus will protect our Partners? interest in opportunities which they are pursuing on behalf of Focus Enhancements.

  • Training: Product specific training and documentation available.
